Terms and Conditions

§1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§13 BGB) through the ScreenCraft Apparel online store.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product presentation.

By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

The purchase contract is concluded only through our express acceptance of the order or by dispatch of the goods.

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

§3 Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euros (€).

In accordance with §19 UStG (German VAT Act), no sales tax is charged (small business regulation). The stated prices are final prices.

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) via Shopify Payments
• Klarna
• Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

No additional fees apply for payment processing.

§4 Delivery and Shipping

Shipping takes place after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs:

• Germany: €5.00
• EU countries: €12.00

Free shipping: for orders with a shopping cart value of €80.00 or more, shipping within Germany and to EU countries is free of charge.

Delivery times: 5–8 business days after receipt of payment, as this involves artisanal individual or small-batch production.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the specified delivery address.

§5 Artisanal Production

All products are individually manufactured in small batches using artisanal screen printing. Minor deviations in colour, print or positioning are production-related and do not constitute a defect.

§6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. The withdrawal policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

§7 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Since no individualised or custom-made products are offered, the statutory right of withdrawal applies without restriction.

§8 Returns

In the event of a withdrawal, the customer is entitled to examine the goods as they would be permitted to do in a physical retail store. The customer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics, and functioning. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

 

§9 Liability

Statutory liability provisions apply. For slight negligence, the provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.

§10 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of ScreenCraft Apparel until full payment has been received.

§11 Intellectual Property

All content of the online shop (texts, images, designs, logos) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, use or disclosure without express written consent is prohibited.

§12 External Links

The online shop may contain links to external third-party websites. No responsibility is assumed for their content.

§13 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

This choice of law shall not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.

§14 Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
